Do you know why people love killing two birds with one stone? Because it’s easy and efficient. Now I’m not one to endorse violence, especially against animals, but in this scenario it does make for an effective outcome. The same applies to pineapple cucumber water, which is also known as fruit infused water or cucumber pineapple water (if you like). It’s a kind of detox water that keeps you healthy, helps you lose weight, keeps your skin glamorous, keeps you hydrated, etc. etc.

You will need the following;
-3/4 of a cucumber
Slice one half of your pineapple (size may vary, choose what you think is best) and cut that section into cubes. Cut your cucumber into thin slices
Place your cucumber and pineapple slices into your water bottle. Both fruits are going to float, so add ice-cubes to keep them submerged. This also allows the flavors to infuse. Let your water sit for about an hour. You will get the best results if you leave your water bottle in the fridge overnight. (I didn’t add any ice-cubes to mine, but the flavors were just as great!)
Waking up to this detox water in the morning makes for a delicious, refreshing, cool and healthy start to your day. Sip the water all through the day at work or home.

I feel like cucumbers are highly underrated. I’ve shown you the power of cucumbers before. They’re made up of water which means combining them with water means extra hydration. Win.

-Don’t store your water more than 24 hours
